Delete your data
Data on your device
Open Android Settings → Apps → Eldoria → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the game. This deletes your hero, gold, gear, quests and settings immediately.
Cloud save (Google Play Games)
If you used Google Play Games, open the Play Games app → Settings → "Delete Play Games account & data", or remove Eldoria's saved data there.
Online world and arena ranking
Our game server does not keep what it relays between players. The only stored data is the weekly arena ranking (nickname, country flag, points), which is cleared every Monday. To have your nickname removed from the current week's ranking earlier, e-mail [email protected] with the nickname; you can also turn the online world off in the game's Settings.
Analytics, crash and advertising data
Analytics and crash data (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics) are linked to a random app instance ID, not to your name or e-mail, and are deleted automatically (analytics after at most 14 months). To ask us to delete them earlier, e-mail [email protected] with the subject "Eldoria data deletion"; we answer within 30 days. Advertising data is controlled by Google — you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
